PAYMENT
Full payment is required before image download.
*For commercial clients: An invoice will be emailed upon product delivery and you will have 30 days from there to submit payment. Payment can be made online with most major credit cards or electronic funds transfer.
24 HR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
Because your time is important we vow to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and there is an on-site cancellation – a cancellation fee of $100 plus applicable travel will be charged . Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
PHOTO READY
All properties should be photo-ready when we arrive. Click for Photo Ready Checklist.
Due to liability, we do not move large furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. We also do not touch personal bathroom supplies so please be sure your client has removed all hygiene items from showers, bathtubs, and toilet areas.
For every appointment, we allocate time for the photographer to walk-thru and check details such as lights, towels, pillows, chairs, blinds, etc., but overall it is the agent/clients responsibility for the property to be photo ready.
RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not pouring rain or lightning in the area. The sky will be made to look blue and sunny on all photos. Rescheduling is optional with at least 24 hours notice or if weather changes suddenly the day of your appointment.
USAGE RIGHTS
All of our images are copyrighted (intellectual property of Elevate Real Estate Media), and our images are licensed for the client to use. We are committed to protecting the interests, intellectual property rights, and livelihood of our company. All media products listed in our services come with one non-transferable license which allows you or your team to use the photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing a property.
The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold or goes off the market. If the listing agreement or ownership expires or is cancelled, so shall the usage license. Once the property has been sold or the original relationship is terminated, you must purchase permanent usage rights* to continue using for your marketing purposes. Please obtain usage rights from Elevate Real Estate Media, if you would like to continue to use the photos passed expiration or transfer your photos to another party.
In the event that a new listing agreement is entered by the same real estate agent and same property owner, the usage license term shall be automatically renewed.
The term of the license, whereby the property is, for sale by owner, or will be listed for rent by the owner or their agent, will be for 99 years, or until the ownership of the property changes.
